We contracted with Kevin (Teleo Remodeling) in late October, 2021 for the remodel of our master bath; however, due to long lead times for vanity cabinets, etc. he was unable to start the project until February, 2022. The contract price was very competitive with others we received (total of 5). Kevin provided valuable assistance in making suggestions on various details of the remodel, some of which we had not thought of and provided us with quality suppliers for the shower doors and vanity top. Once the project was started, Kevin and his crew/subs were able to move through the project very efficiently completing the work in the time frame he had established. They were careful to protect the areas outside the work area and cleaned the work area at the end of the day. Would highly recommend Kevin for his “hands on” approach to the job and for the quality of his and his crew's work.

Teleo did an amazing job converting an office to a bedroom. It looks like it was part of the original construction. Kevin and his team were professional, punctual and delivered on time and on budget. Highly recommend!

Kevin and his team were great to work with. The response time was fast and workmanship for our cabinet and counter install was meticulous. They were very knowledgeable and honest and exceeded our expectations.

Kevin and Ron enclosed our patio to enlarge our family room and bring the existing sunken floor up to the same level as the rest of the house. They were both so great to work with and were willing to let us do the demolition and then the finish work to save some money! I have found that a lot of contractors are not willing to “share” the project for various reasons. Kevin estimated the job at a very reasonable price and said it would take approximately 30 working days to complete their part...and they did it in just that! Ron is excellent at returning texts and letting us know when he had to make a supply run before coming each morning. He showed up every day without fail. At the end of his workday, he made sure to clean up everything so we wouldn’t feel like we were living in a disaster area. They started the job the day we left for a 10 day vacation and even though I was nervous about this, they both assured me that we would be in contact as much as I needed and also were ok with my family members coming over to check in frequently! It was like that show where you leave while your house gets a facelift and then there is a big reveal upon your return! The sub-contractors were also great (Electrician, Jeremiah and drywall wizard, Craig). Everyone exhibited the highest level of professionalism, workmanship, courtesy and respect. To look at our new space now...one would never know it hadn’t always been that way from the initial home build! Kevin is already working on a bid to renovate my parent’s kitchen! Now that the guys are done with their part...We (my husband and I) are now at the point where we are painting (the entire upper floor is getting a new coat, so as not to feel dowdy compared to our new room!). Then putting some of the hardwood flooring back in, stacked stone over the newly framed over “1970’s” brick fireplace, new gas insert and finally, cove/baseboard/ window/door trim to complete the job! Then it’s party time! Thanks Kevin and Ron for helping us get the big part of this project done in order to make more space for our large family gatherings! We couldn’t have done it without you! The owner ( Nice guy) came out and gave me the initial estimate but never followed through on the follow up quote after we discussed the initial quote and made some changes. I got tired of waiting and eventually found a better option for my bathroom remodel, also it was about $3000 cheaper and the new contractor gave me a breakdown of all the work which Kevin was not willing to provide. Without an itemized list of costs it is fairly easy to do significant mark ups. The communication back-and-forth also wasn’t very efficient because it all went through a third person so some things were lost in translation. Next time if you don’t want the actual job please have the courtesy to inform the customer

Excellent communication! I can only speak to this company's communication and responsiveness, as we ultimately decided we did not need another bid. But in terms of how quickly they got back to me, the thoroughness in their communication, and the confidence that they gave me that they would cover every detail...they were superb! Every contractor needs a Cindy!! Other reviewers can attest to the beautiful work that they do, which is why I contacted them initially. However, so much of the frustration in a project is lack of communication or even a call-back. Cindy was completely on-top of every detail. I very much appreciated how they handled initial contacts and follow-up.

Kevin and Ron did a $154,000.00 kitchen remodel for me. 6 weeks job took 3 months. Often nobody would show for 2 weeks. No communication. Quality of work was average. Not recommended
